There are two local trusts in Newbold Verdon, which although aren't owned or managed by the Parish Council, do require Council to recruit their volunteers.

These two trusts are as follows:

• Montague Trust - the Trust overseeing the allotments and its land.
• Lord Crewe Trust - the Trust overseeing the primary school.

Annually, both trusts are required to complete reports and send them to the Parish Council to be made public. They are usually presented at the Annual Parish Meeting between March and June every year. However, all reports, when available can also be viewed via this website at any time.
