My reason for becoming a parish councilor was to become more involved with the manner that our village is growing due to housing development, this will undoubtedly increase the size of the community and with it problems and questions from the community which I hope myself and my colleagues on the Parish Council can answer.

I retired from Social work in 2021 having served the county of Staffordshire in this role for twenty years this was consecutive public service during which I was employed by Staffordshire County Council and the National Health Service, and I served for three years in the British Army.I am originally from Norfolk and grew up in a village in that particular county.
